The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and become their best selves. My approach is centered on fostering self-awareness, developing coping skills, and supporting personal growth through change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, family issues, or self-harming behaviors, my goal is to meet you where you are, help you develop tools for change, and guide you toward being the best version of yourself.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, college students, aged-out foster youth, and professionals. My experience spans dual diagnosis clients, mental illness, and addiction recovery. I believe every person has the power to change by becoming aware of their thoughts and behaviors. My role is to help facilitate that process, working together with my patients to help them grow, learn, and thrive.
“The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself.” ― C. JoyBell C
