I take a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to counseling, focusing on each client’s unique needs and strengths. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where healing and self-actualization can occur. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages, offering both individual and group therapy.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). With this comprehensive toolkit, I have successfully helped clients overcome issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, and crisis intervention. I believe that a crucial step in overcoming life’s obstacles is developing a healthy and loving relationship with oneself.
