FRANCES VADAS, LCSW
Individual Therapy
I graduated Rutgers State University in 1999 with a Masters degree in social work, and I have a Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University in psychology with a minor in counseling.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience treating adults with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and eclectic methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
I have extensive training in hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), particularly for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related issues. Whether my clients are dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma, we will work together to help them become healthier and more balanced individuals.
My goal is to guide my patients on their healing journey and help them regain control of their lives.
