My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered. I believe in helping you understand your emotions, explore your strengths, and support you as you work toward a state of wellness—at your own pace. I work with adults experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, loss, trauma responses, and those managing bipolar disorder. Life’s transitions—such as health issues, career changes, or evolving relationships—can be challenging, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can process these emotions together.

My role is to help you develop the skills to manage your emotions, rather than letting your emotions manage you. We are all unique and complex, and having a dedicated space to focus on your mental well-being can be transformative. I use evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Techniques, and Person-Centered Therapy, to support clients through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other mood disorders.
