MARILY BERNDT, LPC
Individual Therapy
I am fluent in Spanish. I have conducted individual and family sessions in Spanish. Also if you are an individual who just feels more comfortable speaking in Spanish, llama me y hablaremos de como puedo ayudarte.
I am a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. My approach is centered on empowering individuals to create positive changes in their lives using evidence-based practices. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, gain new insights, and work through the challenges holding them back from happiness and personal growth.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, work-related difficulties, and personal relationship challenges. Whether a client is dealing with sexuality-related issues, struggling with personal life, or simply feeling lost or stuck, therapy offers a path to healing and self-discovery.
In my sessions, I use a variety of techniques tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. My focus is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Fluent in Spanish, I can conduct sessions in both English and Spanish for individuals who prefer to speak in their native language. My goal is to work together with clients to navigate the challenges they’re facing and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
